You are responsible for removing personal items from the vehicle before your appointment. We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal property left in the vehicle.
We reserve the right to decline service if a vehicle’s condition presents a safety concern or is outside the scope of services booked. In such cases, we will discuss alternatives or reschedule as appropriate.
We strive to deliver high-quality results and will address reasonable concerns brought to our attention within a short period after service. However, detailing results can be affected by pre-existing defects, repaint history, previous products used, and ongoing maintenance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or relating to services provided is limited to the amount paid for the specific service at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
